Range Update

Significant progress has been made over the last couple of months despite the adverse weather we
have been experiencing. The importation of the soil will be complete within the next few weeks. The
contractors will then close the site for winter. They will return in the spring to finalise the shaping
and to the install the drainage system. Tree planting and the implementation of the environmental
management plan will commence later in 2024.

The short game area and green construction is now complete. These areas have been seeded and
the “grow-in” will be managed by our team over the coming months. The bunkers will be lined and
completed in the spring. The short game area will be available for play from next summer.
The outside practice bays and grass tee area will also be constructed in the new year to tie in with
the contractor and finishing levels at this end of the range.

Depending upon the grow in conditions, we are aiming for the full range facility to be in play by late
2024 or early 2025. We will, however, seek advice from the relevant professionals and keep
members informed before a final decision is taken on opening.
The building work is nearing completion and is looking good. There existing range building has had a
refresh and an extension to house the ball dispenser and wash facility. Some of the internal work will
be finalised nearer the re-opening of the driving range and will include new mats and dividers.
The two swing studios will be available for teaching and members to use and will include simulator
technology including both practice and play options. The studios will be opened for use over the
next couple of months. Look out for further information as these facilities move towards opening.
